Refund Policy

We strive to make every order a pleasant experience for our customers, but we recognize sometimes things come up. Beneath you will find our policies on our different types of products. 

 

Physical Product: 
Prior to an order being shipped a customer may request an order to be refunded/ cancelled. However, once the package is shipped then we no longer offer refunds. If your product was damaged in shipment contact us and we will discuss how to remedy the dilemma.

 

Digital Product:
Due to the nature of digital products we do not offer refunds of any kind.
