The Krasnee Molot are often given older generation tech to use in their missions. While the Juggernaut platform is often not transferred over to Krasnee hands, members are particularly adept at recovering salvage from the battlefield and repurposing it to their needs. More than one Juggernaut has fallen from Republic attacks and was left abandoned by the Sturmhammers. Instead of letting the opportunity go to waste, Krasnee techs worked with their mercenary contacts in the Rough Riders to obtain additional weaponry. 

Out of this swirl of repairs and retrofits brought forth the Devastator. It retains much of what made it the mighty Juggernaut, but it focuses on arm mounted weaponry to help simplify repairs and to pack on extra damage potential. When word first spread of the Devastator to Sturmhammer officers it was met with contempt. The Juggernaut embodies the strength and resolve of the Faust people to stand defiantly against the might of the Corre Republic. To take that symbol and bastardize it into some lesser weapon of war was seen as an act against the fatherland but was praised by Krasnee that they could discover a way to give discarded Juggernaut's a second life.
